Like most master planned communities, Lake Las Vegas contains a hierarchy of HOA dues. Each homeowner is expected to pay a Lake Las Vegas Master Due, currently $125 per month (February, 2019.) Dependent on the home’s location, additional Sub Association Dues may apply.
For example, SouthShore is a sub-association that sits inside of the Lake Ls Vegas Master Association. SouthShore dues are approximately $284 per month (February, 2019.) Some properties may also have a Land Improvement District (LID) fee associated with them.
HOA dues can vary greatly dependent upon security attributes
For example, the North Shore community of Lake Las Vegas is non-guard gated. The SouthShore community is guard gated and home to numerous high profile celebrities and professional athletes.
